Products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for North Island deliveries and 2-4 working days for South Island deliveries. Rural deliveries may take an extra working day, and bulk deliveries may take an extra 2-4 working days.

Custom cuts can take an extra few days, as custom cuts are to order and we work our best to get them to you as soon as we can. 

If you do not receive your product after 7 days please contact us.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We currently do not have a same day delivery service, but you are welcome to collect from our store.

SHIPPING SECURITY 

All orders sent via a courier will be tracked. In some cases, and only where you have given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location, your order may be delivered without requiring a signature.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We only provide up to 2000NZD insurance per package. And any value above this is at your own risk. If you would like to increase this value, we can organise this with another delivery company at your own cost.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the items being shipped. Some items are kept in the South Island and may need to be shipped to the North Island and vice versa. 

To calculate what the shipping costs will be for your order, add the items you are interested in to your cart, view the checkout page, and select your ‘Area’ to calculate the shipping cost.

If you believe shipping is too high ($40+) please email me @ info@foamandrubber.co.nz and I will see if we can find an appropriate solution. 

LARGE/BULK FREIGHT

Minimum: $65.00 with additional charges below if applicable:

+ Rural Surcharge $50.00
